About the Project
A CAT B fit-out across 65,000 sqft at 60 London Wall, delivered over two floors. The works included a high-specification M&E installation, creating a modern, flexible workspace with integrated systems designed to support performance, comfort, and day-to-day usability.
Delivery & Coordination
With exposed services forming a key part of the finished space, coordination between trades was essential throughout. Each system had to align visually as well as functionally, leaving little room for adjustment once installed.
The completed space reflects that level of coordination, with building services that integrate cleanly into the design and perform reliably in use.
Project Overview
The fit-out covered levels 6 and 7, introducing a combination of open-plan working areas alongside meeting rooms, boardrooms, and breakout spaces. The design incorporated exposed services, which meant every element needed to be installed with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
A large number of fan coil units were installed as part of the scheme, supported by air conditioning, sprinkler systems, and building controls. Power, lighting, and fire alarm systems were also delivered as part of the overall package, all working together within a coordinated layout.
